Tonight is David's work's Christmas party, we're all going to the bowling alley for bowling and booze. Too bad I don't bowl or drink XD Ah well, I'm sure that I'll still have a good time, I haven't gone out in a while. I'll need to make myself look presentable though *sigh*

I downloaded an N64 emulator and am now kicking Mario Kart 64's ass just like I used to back in the day. I am undefeatable! Unfortunately I suck at Mario 64, but we can't win them all, can we? Having that goofy controller-adapter works great too.

Well, this is my first official grown up Christmas. No gifts for me this year. I don't think that I can even afford to go back to Chicago for the holidays, let alone purchase gifts. Recently Dave cashed in his credit card points to get gift cards for Barnes and Nobles, so we're going to use those to get gifts for each other ^^ He wants the Dungeon Master's Guide. I don't know what I want. We'll see.

Oh yeah, apparently my dad is in Ireland right now *shrug* Must be nice to just be able to take off whenever, huh? I really wanted to go there this winter with Dave but financial difficulties prevented it >< But we'll see, maybe this spring, depending on if the job situation pans out like we hope.

Ok, I'm gonna go watch some episodes of The Class. See ya
